Miles Fletcher, t-LMHC

(he/his)

I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Louisiana Monroe specializing in clinical counseling and school counseling. I began my career providing mental health services to children and teens in Colorado. I’m a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (t-LMHC) in Iowa and work with children, teens, and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, identity exploration, relational challenges, and spiritual exploration.

Guided by warmth, curiosity, and creativity, I integrate relational approaches, evidence-based therapies, and experiential modalities. I utilize Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, play and art-based methods, and mindfulness approaches such as DBT to help clients access deeper self-understanding and lasting change. I walk beside clients as they explore their inner systems and discover new paths forward.

Outside the therapy room, I’m drawn to nature and movement—outdoor adventures, family time, and creative pursuits ground and recharge me.
