Our History

We are a team of therapists rooted in connectedness to each other as well as to our clients and community.

Integrated Community Therapists began with the aspiration to continue the mission created over 30 years ago by Gisolfi, Hayek, Ruyle and Schut, LLP, who partnered with each other and the community right here in the heart of downtown Iowa City.

We are committed to providing mental health services to adults, adolescents, children, families and couples in an environment that is welcoming and embraces diversity.

Our therapists include Licensed Independent Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors, and Registered Play Therapists. We believe this variety of education and therapeutic approaches honors our intention for community integration.
